We have the right to refuse service to any customer in any area/city if our courier company does not deliver there.

We have the right to refuse service to a customer who, after placing an order does not accept it from the rider.

If a customer has refused to accept an order previously and wants to place an order for the second time. We will only accept the order after 50% advance is paid via bank transfer.
