Refund Policy

We do not have a refund policy. However, if the sizing is not right, the item can be exchanged with a more appropriate size for you.

1. For a valid exchange, you must contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
2. The item must be sent back to us in its original packaging, with the care pouch and box.
3. If the item is damaged in any way and/or sent back without its original packaging the exchange will be refused.
4. In order for an exchange to take place the customer must send back the parcel to the dispatch address.
5. The exchange will be processed in 2-3 days after the item has been checked thoroughly.
6. If the exchange is approved, the customer has to pay the delivery charges.
7. Any price difference in the item will be adjusted.
